They will also be giving quick demos of safe and effective exercise to help you prepare for childbirth and reconditioning of your body afterwards. This is Big City Moms’ special night of information and mingling for expectant parents. Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, a 501 (c)3 non profit, was founded by two parents Gretchen and Larry Witt, inspired by their 2 1/2 year old son Liam’s battle with cancer. All proceeds will go to directly to Cookies for Cancer.

Join us on Friday May 20th from 1-2pm, certified dermatologist Mona Gohara will be making her way to giggle Upper Westside. For an informative discussion about skin care concerns, not only for infants but also for new moms. So grab a pen and paper, because she will be discussing a few different topics. Such as sun safety, common dermatological conditions for babies, and how your skin changes during pregnancy and nursing.

 If so join us on Saturday May 7th from 12pm – 1pm. For a hands-on training/demonstration on highchairs that will fit your life style and a brief introduction to the Babycook, which allows you to make your babies own food. If so come join us Monday, April 25th from 3-4pm.  Child development and sleep expert, Janeen Hayward of swellbeing, is making her way to giggle upper Westside for an interactive Q & A session about baby’s sleep.
